The August 11, 1906 issue of the Pacific Builder and Engineer, in the architectural commissions announcement, it was reported that W.L. Morgan was the architect. The building permit was announced in the September 22, 1906 issue of Pacific Builder, along with an estimated cost of construction of $3200.
