Historic Preservation League of Oregon Easment on Property 2-2-2016 - Owner's rep. approached SHPO about a boundary decrease for this property (it now encompasses the entire block), due to changes to adjacent buildings. See correspondence in file from NPS. DJP 2-26-2019 Received a draft for a boundary decrease for the March 1, 2019 draft deadline. RTO 4/3/2020 Boundary decrease approved. Removed SW quarter of the city block, thereby restricting the boundary to the footprint of the 1912 Portland Police Headquarters building and a 1955 addition. The SW quarter of the block, which was formerly occupied by a 1944 addition to the 1912 building, is now a vacant lot. Boundary Decrease NRIS# RS100004313.
