The nomination states that there are 412 properties within the district but the nomination itself only lists 410. Apparently ommitted from the nomination according to a 2005 list provided by the city, are 1211 Kensington, an EC property built in 1925 and 1563 Irving, an EC property built in 1912. No further information on these two properties. These are noted in the database. Nomination indicates that there are 18 NR properties in the district, but there are actually only 16, as the 2 Warren rental houses (674 11th and 690 11th) are associated with the NR Warren House, 656 11th, but are not actually included in the nomination
