An existing interior door and existing interior window, located within a service porch wall at the rear of the house, will be relocated to this exterior wall. The stucco exterior will be patched, textured, and painted to match the existing condition. Remove the existing service chimney (not currently in use). The roof material will be replaced with materials that match the existing roof condition.
