The stucco exterior will be patched, textured, and painted to match the existing condition. Remove two existing windows on the first floor, toward the rear of the house, and store them on the site for future use. An existing interior door and existing interior window, located within a service porch wall at the rear of the house, will be relocated to this exterior wall. The stucco exterior will be patched, textured, and painted to match the existing condition. Remove the existing service chimney (not currently in use).
