View selected properties on a map. The ability to view a selected property on a GIS map has been added as of
January 2012.

View scanned documents as a PDF for a selected property. National Register Nominations and older inventory
forms that are on file in our office have been scanned and linked to property records. Not all records
have linked documents, but for those that do, the link(s) can be found on the Site Information page of a
selected record.

View and print search results and individual property records as a PDF documents.

In some versions of Internet Explorer - When returning to the Main Search Screen after viewing a record the
Matching Results List will be gone. Run the search again to regenerate the list.

The Matching Results List is sorted by county, city, street name, street number as the default. Click on the
column header to change the sort order of the list.
