(Chronological, descriptive history of the property from its construction through at least the historic period - preferably to the present)
This property was owned by R. P. Boise from the time it was platted until it was sold to the German Methodist Episcopal South Church for use as a parsonage in 1894. The church paid $500 for the property indicating that there was a dwelling on the property at that time. Norma and William Place lived here during the 1930s. In 1944 the church sold the property to Charles Warren, a carpenter. The State of Oregon purchased the property in 1977.
