ARCHITECTURAL / PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Constructed in 1894 by Dr. Charles Smith as his residence which was adjacent to his alcohol treatment Clinic, this building was originally located at 1153 Oak Street. Queen Anne style characterized by steeply pitched gable roof and an octagonal tower/turret, patterned shingles, and an asymmetrical façade with a proch with an ornate ballustrade. Nice stained glass windows. Good integrity and excellent condition.
