The historic district is entirely contained within the boundaries of Dorris Ranch Park, operated by Willamalane. Willamalane Park District oversees maintenance of the historic district as a part of their park operation. Contributing Dorris House (built 1899) is located at 201 Dorris Street. Few structural features of the swimming pool and diversion channel are visible, as of 2014 survey, due to naturalization of landscape by opportunistic plants and trees.
